Starting 19th of March, 2010, Alico Societate de Administrare a unui Fond de Pensii Administrat S.A. has decided to modify the Prospectus. This decision is based on Address no. 1359/18/03/2010 issued by CSSPP, for Private Pension Scheme Prospectus of Privately Administered Pension Fund "Fondul de Pensii Administrat Privat Alico – Februarie 2010". Starting November 06, 2008, Alico Societate de Administrare a unui Fond de Pensii Administrat S.A. has decided to temporary modify the maximum limit that can be invested in treasuries for Private Pension funds, in accordance with provisions of art.3 from Norm no. 22/2008 issued by CSSPP. This Norm refers to investments made on behalf of Alico Fond de Pensii Administrat Privat.
